These are the documents that govern how we work with you. Please read them before making a booking or paying for services.
These are informational English translations. Under clause 16.4, the Ukrainian text is the governing version of each document.

Which offer applies to you
Services on this site are provided by two parties, each with its own public offer:
- The Tour Operator Offer applies to the tourism product formed by the tour operator: multi-day tours, corporate and individual programmes, and one-day excursions that form part of a tourism product.
- The Service Provider Offer applies to excursion, organisational, informational and consulting services provided in his own name, which are not the tour operator’s tourism product.
Which offer applies to your particular order is determined by the booking confirmation you receive from the manager. If you are unsure, ask before paying and we will tell you directly.
Why the Booking Rules are the primary document
The Booking Rules form an integral part of both offers. They set out the booking procedure, the prepayment, and the terms for postponement, cancellation and refunds. Where information on the site’s pages differs from these Rules, the Rules and the terms of your booking confirmation prevail.
