How do I become a partner of the tour operator Pro Karpaty?
Leave a request in the form on this page - a manager will contact you and agree the partnership model (agency commission, referral reward or corporate packages), after which we sign an agency agreement. You then receive the current schedule and price lists and can book tours for your clients.
What commission do you pay on tour and excursion sales?
The commission is fixed and set out in the agency agreement - a personal manager will send you the current rates and the terms for group bookings once you get in touch.
Do we need to sign a contract?
Yes, we work officially under an agency agreement - it fixes your commission and protects both sides. A manager will send you a sample contract together with the partnership terms.
Can we sell your tours under our own brand?
Yes. Travel agencies sell our tours and excursions under their own brand, and for group and corporate orders we work white label: guides and escorts do not promote Pro Karpaty to your clients.
Will you take my clients for yourselves?
No. We are interested in a long-term partnership rather than a one-off gain: guides are not allowed to promote us to partner groups, and travellers who come back for another trip are referred to the partner they came from.
How do we find out about availability, the schedule and new tours?
The current schedule is always on the website - in the excursion schedule - and a personal manager confirms availability during working hours.
How does payment work and when do we receive our reward?
The procedure for paying for tours and for paying out rewards is fixed in the agency agreement - a manager will confirm the exact terms for your partnership format.
Do you work with legal entities by bank transfer?
Yes, we work with legal entities under a contract: TOV «TK «Pro Karpaty», EDRPOU 38267505, with a full set of documents for your accounts department. A manager will agree the method of payment.
What do hotels and guest houses gain from the partnership?
A ready-made leisure programme for guests: regular excursions with a guide and transport, posters to display in the hotel, and a reward for every guest who takes an excursion. The guest gets more impressions - you get an extra service and extra income.
Do you arrange turnkey tours for schools and companies?

Once the agency agreement is signed, the partner gains access to the current excursion schedule, to price lists and to sales materials, while a personal manager confirms places during working hours. The agency commission is fixed in the agreement - with no hidden deductions and no small print. For agencies from other cities we build a tour around our daily departures: you gather the group at your end, and we take care of the reception, guides and transport on the ground.

For hotels, guest houses and restaurants the partnership provides a ready-made leisure programme for guests: regular departures from Mukachevo and Uzhhorod, with the guide and transport on us and the reward for you. Tourist attractions are added to our routes, and we bring organised groups all year round.

Where needed we work white label - guides and escorts do not promote Pro Karpaty to your clients, so the traveller stays yours.
