Check-in and check-out follow the rules of the particular hotel; a pick-up from the railway or bus station in Uzhhorod is arranged on request. An excursion can be swapped for another destination on the same day if places are available; a prepayment secures the booking, and the manager tells you its amount and the cancellation terms before you pay.
