Yes. Before every departure the manager checks the documents of all group members and explains the border-crossing requirements. This keeps the group from losing hours at the border because of one unprepared passenger.
We confirm each departure in advance. If a departure does not take place, we offer the nearest date or refund the prepayment in full.
The main departure point is Uzhhorod, Koriatovycha Square. On Hungarian and Romanian routes a Mukachevo pick-up can be arranged. On Slovak and Polish routes departure is from Uzhhorod only: the drive from Mukachevo takes about 40 minutes and shifts the whole group's schedule.
Kosice - about 2.5 hours, Budapest - about 5.5, Krakow - about 7.5, Vienna - about 8.5. Departures are early, between 03:30 and 07:30 depending on the route. On nearer routes the group reaches the city by lunchtime, on farther ones - in the afternoon. Travel time depends on the border queue.
Zakarpattia is the Ukrainian region closest to the EU borders: from here you can reach four EU countries within a day. The route does not spend a day crossing the country to the starting point, so in the same 2-3 days the group sees more than it would departing from central Ukraine.
Yes, if you get to Uzhhorod on your own before departure time. Many travellers arrive the day before, stay overnight in Uzhhorod and set off with the group. An en-route pick-up is possible only in Mukachevo and only on some routes.

Але, якщо врахувати спицифіку таможні (непередбачувані втрати часу), то я б місто Левоче виокремила в окремий тур. Там можна гуляти і пізнавати його весь день. Просто свято для очей. Tours to Europe from Zakarpattia are 2-4 day itineraries that start early in the morning in Uzhhorod and end there too. Uzhhorod is Ukraine's westernmost regional capital, which is exactly why bus tours to Europe are best started here: Kosice is about 3 hours away, Budapest 5.5, Krakow 8, Vienna 9.5. Those are guides that include the border crossing: a queue at the checkpoint can add another hour or two, and the group leader confirms the timing before departure. From central Ukraine the same destinations cost an extra day just to reach the border.
