  1. By bank transfer (IBAN) - we provide the details once the booking is confirmed.
  2. In cash at our office: Uzhhorod, 3 Korzo Street.

A 50% deposit is enough to book - it secures your seat. You may also pay 100% straight away. If you paid 50%, the balance is handed in cash to the guide before the excursion begins.

Useful information

How do I book an excursion in Transcarpathia?
Choose a route in the excursion catalogue, send a request through the site or call us, confirm the booking with a deposit - and on the day simply come to the meeting point. A manager will reply shortly during business hours.
How much does an excursion cost and what is included?
The price covers transport in comfortable vehicles, a guide and the organisation of the route. Entrance tickets to museums and castles and meals are paid separately unless the excursion description says otherwise. Current prices are shown on each excursion page.
Is a deposit required and how do I pay?
Yes - a 50% deposit is enough to book, and it secures your seat; you may also pay 100% straight away. Payment is by bank transfer (IBAN; the manager sends the details once the booking is confirmed) or in cash at our office in Uzhhorod. If you paid 50%, you hand the balance in cash to the guide before the excursion begins. Details are in the “How to pay for an excursion or tour” section.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. For excursions, cancelling 14 or more days before departure is free; after that part of the price is retained: 14-7 days - 10%, 7-2 days - 25%, less than 48 hours - 50%. For tours, free cancellation applies 21 or more days before departure. The full scale is in the “Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds” section.
What documents should I bring?
For trips within Ukraine - a passport or another proof of identity; for children - a birth certificate. For tours to Europe you need a passport valid for at least 3 months after the trip.
Are the excursions suitable for children?
Yes, most of our programmes are family-friendly. Children and concession categories get a 20% discount off the adult price where the excursion has a child fare. Children under 14 travel only when accompanied by an adult. Active routes carry age recommendations - they are stated in each excursion description.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Most excursions run in any weather. If a route depends on conditions (mountains, rafting), we tell you in advance and offer to reschedule or swap it. If we are the ones who cancel, you get a 100% refund or a new date.
Is insurance provided?
For tours abroad, insurance is included in the price or arranged on request. For active holidays we recommend additional cover - we will help you arrange it.
How are meals organised?
One-day excursions usually include free time for lunch, and we are glad to recommend places we trust. On multi-day tours meals may be included - check the tour description.
Where and when does the group meet?
The meeting point is shown on every excursion page, and the exact time is sent in an information letter 1-2 days before departure together with the guide's contact details. The group usually gathers in the centre of Uzhhorod, and on many routes you can join the coach in Mukachevo (34 Heroiv St.). Please arrive 15 minutes before departure - the programme starts on schedule.
What language are the excursions conducted in?
In Ukrainian. For corporate and private groups we can arrange a guide in another language - please ask your manager when booking.
Can I book a private excursion for my own group?
Yes, we arrange private excursions around your dates, pace and interests. For companies we run corporate retreat programmes, and for school classes - school excursions. Send a request and we will find the right format for your group.
How can I give an excursion as a gift?
Order a gift certificate - either for a particular excursion or for a set amount, so the recipient chooses the route and the date. We agree the value and the validity period when you order. To order, send a request through the site or message a manager.
How does the loyalty programme work?
Groups of 7 or more receive a 10% discount on excursions. Returning travellers get personal discounts on their next trips - a manager will explain the terms. Discounts cannot be combined with promotional prices.
