Fill in the short form or call us - a manager will check the details and seat availability and reply shortly during business hours.
We reserve your seat once the 50% deposit is paid and send you the programme, the time and the meeting point.
Arrive at the meeting point on time - from there the Pro Karpaty guide and driver take care of everything.
We accept payment in whatever way suits you:
A 50% deposit is enough to book - it secures your seat. You may also pay 100% straight away. If you paid 50%, the balance is handed in cash to the guide before the excursion begins.
Plans change - we understand that. Our cancellation terms are transparent and set out in the public offer agreement:
If we cancel an excursion (weather, too few participants) we refund 100% of the payment or, if you prefer, offer a new date or an alternative trip.
The full scale and the legal details are in the public offer agreement.

See the termsWe have done everything so that your journey starts before you even set off - with simple, straightforward booking. One-day excursions around Transcarpathia or multi-day tours to the Carpathians: choosing a route, checking the price, reserving a place and receiving the programme takes just a few minutes, online or by phone with a personal manager.
All you need before the trip is your documents, comfortable shoes and a good mood. Everything else - transport, guide, route and timing - is taken care of by the Pro Karpaty team.
We depart from Uzhhorod, and on most routes you can join the coach in Mukachevo. Current dates for every destination are gathered in the excursion schedule - from the castles and thermal resorts of Transcarpathia to one-day excursions to Europe: Budapest, Košice, Eger. And for special occasions we arrange private and VIP programmes to match your dates and pace.
We work with families, groups, schools and companies, so we know how much the details matter: concession fares for children, insurance for active tours, trusted places to eat and a clear schedule without needless rush. For school classes we arrange school trips, and for teams - turnkey corporate retreats.
Pro Karpaty is a licensed tour operator from Uzhhorod (licence №605/2012): for 18 years we have been organising holidays in Transcarpathia, we work with 400+ trusted partners, and our Google rating is 4.9 from more than 600 reviews. Save this traveller's guide and everything will be at hand before you set off.
We travel to the Carpathians all year round: in summer - waterfalls, mountain meadows and open-air thermal pools; in autumn - wineries and food routes; in winter - New Year programmes and snow-covered castles. One-day excursions from Uzhhorod run to schedule every week, so a trip is easy to plan even for a weekend. And if you are unsure what to pack for winter or summer, look through the lists above or ask a manager.
