We invite you to rest far from the city bustle, traffic jams and phone calls, in silence and calm (the nearest settlement is 11 km away) and to enjoy communing with nature and horse riding. All around - a beautiful forest, a mountain river, clean air, complete peace and serenity.
Horse riding - 3 days! Experienced and attentive instructors will give you a briefing, teach you to sit correctly in the saddle and show you unrivalled panoramic mountain views.
The picturesque nature of these places also invites walking - you will visit the picturesque Voievodyn Waterfall. Here your gaze will be captivated by the wild nature of the Carpathian forest: a turbulent stream of water rushes steeply downwards from the sheer cliffs.
The grandeur of the waterfall is heightened by the surrounding nature. The untouched emerald forests conceal many mysterious stories. The air here is heady, fresh and clean.
The homestead is set in a protected area, near the «Sokolyni Skeli» ornithological reserve in Transcarpathia. The nearest settlement is 11 km away. All around there is only forest, mountains, a beautiful mountain river and waterfalls. Nearby - a trout farm. A wonderful place for a peaceful holiday, communing with nature and horse riding.
The homestead can accommodate up to 20 people at a time. Guests have at their disposal - cosy rooms (2- and 3-bed) with all conveniences in wooden cottages; a kolyba where local dishes are prepared; car parking; and gazebos.
You can take a steam in the Russian bathhouse (300 UAH/hour), and for lovers of the exotic there is a Japanese «Ofuro» bath (800 UAH/evening) - a wooden barrel of hot water set up in the open air.

The homestead has its own stables, so everyone who wishes can go horse riding, get to know these wonderful animals, and beginners - can take riding lessons. The picturesque nature of these places also invites walking; the forest is full of mushrooms and berries. Walking and horse-riding trips are organised to the Voievodyn Waterfall and Polonyna Runa.
Please note! On the grounds of the homestead only the «Intertelecom» operator has coverage. Guests can use the telephone at the homestead.

Yes, it is a family excursion. Children under 14 must be accompanied by adults. A separate price applies for children under 12.
