Your place in the group is secured only after the manager confirms it. The prepayment depends on the product and we tell you the amount before we confirm your booking.
Running the excursion
The excursion runs in any weather. Please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before departure.
Cancellation by the client
Cancellation:
- more than 2 calendar days before the tour starts - we retain 10 % of the price;
- less than 2 calendar days - 50 %;
- no-show without notice - 100 %.

Frequently asked questions
Departure is at 08:00 from Uzhhorod and 08:40 from Mukachevo, then mountain switchbacks over the Volovets and Synevyr passes with wide Carpathian views. The return to Uzhhorod is around 22:00, making the whole trip about 14 hours.
