In Berehove huge wine cellars have been preserved, made beneath the hills in the 17th-20th centuries. The best-known tasting hall in the town is the “Old Cellar”. Here visitors are treated to various sorts of wine, natural juices and delicious dishes.
The “Old Cellar” got its name because this cellar is neither more nor less than - about 300 years old. According to folk legends, this cellar owes its existence to the Turks who were in captivity at that time. Today the old cellar walls arouse great interest among visitors and are the best place for storing wine. A distinctive feature of the “Old Cellar” is that here, following traditional techniques, only dry vintage wines are made, aged in oak barrels. Besides the tasting, the winemakers show old and modern devices for making wine and gladly answer all visitors’ questions.

Cancellation by the clientThe prepayment made to confirm the booking is a deposit within the meaning of Articles 570-571 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. If the Client withdraws from the excursion, the deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise provided by the booking terms or current Ukrainian law.
