Tour booking and participation rules

Booking and participation rules Booking is made online, by phone or at the office and is confirmed by a manager. Participation is guaranteed after 100% prepayment. Departure details are sent after payment.

Running of the tour The tour takes place subject to a group being formed. In case of cancellation - a full refund or rescheduling to another date.

Cancellation by the client more than 2 calendar days before the tour starts - we retain 10 % of the price; less than 2 calendar days - 50 %; no-show without notice - 100 %. The final amount is based on the costs actually incurred; a breakdown is provided on request. Full terms - Booking Rules, section IX.

Participation terms Seats on transport - open seating (fixed seats for an extra charge). Prohibited: alcohol, smoking, eating on transport, violation of safety rules.

Good to know The organiser may change route sites without any loss of quality. Entrance tickets are usually not included in the price. Tours run in any weather (except dangerous conditions).

Other The client independently assesses their state of health for participation. Booking means agreement with the rules.
